From raw material processing to robotized pressing, firing and precast engineering — every step of the refractory production chain is inside the Group, in Italy, with a distribution hub serving Northern Europe.
Each plant is specialised by product technology, working as one integrated system under central quality control.
Two production lines — lightweight castables with in-house vermiculite and perlite exfoliation, and dense castables, ramming mixes, mouldables and mortars — for 80,000 tonnes a year, alongside the 800 m² central laboratory and training centre.
Dense and insulating bricks and special shapes: three tunnel kilns and two shuttle kilns, over ten hydraulic presses, two extrusion lines, two vibrocasting units and an 850 m² pre-assembly platform — plus CNC anchor production.
The Group precision plant since 2007: slipcast and precast specials for glass, ceramics and sanitaryware — six high-temperature kilns, a complete slip casting line and a 500 m² pre-assembly platform.
Raw material selection, grinding and sieving for the whole Group, together with the central warehouse and logistics hub — the first and last gate of the production chain.
In-house production of metallic anchors and supports to UOP, ASTM, API, Exxon, Shell and Total standards — matched to the lining they will hold.
Our subsidiary in Tilburg, the Netherlands: stock of the complete product range close to the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, with a 120-ton press, threading and welding stations for local anchor work.
Robotized pressing and palletising lines run alongside skilled hand-finishing — because a 16-ton precast block and a precision feeder part demand different kinds of care.
