Enquiry and RFQ forms. When you submit a request for quotation or contact us, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, telephone number, country and the content of your message) in order to respond to your request and follow up on it. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship, and in any case no longer than required by applicable statutes of limitation.
Job applications. If you send us a CV, we process the data it contains solely for recruitment purposes and delete it when no longer relevant. Please do not include special categories of data in your application unless strictly necessary.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested pages, timestamps, user agent) for security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.
Data is processed by authorised Linco Baxo staff and by suppliers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR — in particular our website hosting provider (servers located in Italy/EU). Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except where a specific service you use implies it (see the Cookie Policy for third-party embedded content). Data is never sold.
The interactive location map is served using OpenStreetMap tiles: when the map loads, your browser contacts the OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address (see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy). Company videos are embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode and load content only when you start playback. Web fonts are hosted on our own server — no font requests are sent to third parties.
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
