Linco Baxo Industrie Refrattari S.p.A. is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with the law. In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches, we provide a confidential channel for reporting wrongdoing.
Employees and former employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, freelancers, volunteers and trainees, shareholders and persons with administrative, management, control or supervisory functions, as well as suppliers, contractors and their staff who have acquired information on breaches in the context of their working relationship with Linco Baxo.
Conduct, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company and that consist of breaches of national or EU law — for example in the areas of health and safety, environment, product safety, public procurement, financial services, prevention of money laundering, competition, or data protection. Ordinary commercial complaints and personal grievances follow the normal company channels instead.

The platform allows fully anonymous reporting if you wish, protects the confidentiality of your identity in all cases, and lets you communicate securely with the person handling your report to follow its progress and provide further information.
The identity of the reporting person is kept confidential and may not be disclosed without their express consent. Any form of retaliation against a person who reports in good faith — dismissal, demotion, discrimination or other unfair treatment — is prohibited by law and by company policy. Reports are handled by the designated recipient with impartiality, and the reporting person receives acknowledgement and feedback within the terms set by the law.
Where the conditions set out in Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 are met — for example if an internal report has not been followed up within the prescribed terms — reports may also be submitted through the external channel managed by the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC): www.anticorruzione.it.
